- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Open the candidate’s profile.
- Use one of the following options to request feedback:
- Select the green Request Review icon.
-
Select Review, then select Request Review.
-
In the Review Request window that appears, update the email as needed and select Send Email. This sends an email notification to the hiring manager requesting their review and feedback.
Notes
- The Review Request automatically fills in the hiring manager in the To field as the recipient of the Review Request. Update who the request is being sent to in the To field if needed. When sent, recipients receive an email with a link to review and provide feedback on the candidate.
-
Review Request emails function like standard emails. You can:
- Add attachments linked to the candidate profile or from your desktop.
- Edit the email message.
- Set comments as private if needed.
- Add additional recipients in CC.
- Hiring managers can respond using Echo. This makes sure responses are saved in the newsfeed on the candidate’s profile. For more information on using Echo, refer to Use Echo commands.
Troubleshooting
- Email not received: Verify the recipient’s email address is correct in Recruiting.
- Cannot send review request: Verify you are an admin or staffing user or are assigned a role on the job in which the candidate is assigned to.
