You must be an admin or Staffing user or assigned a role on the job.
You can move directly to the next-oldest candidate within the same hiring stage without returning to the candidate list. Use the Next arrow to move through candidate profiles within the same hiring stage, to review candidates more efficiently.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Select the job title you want to review candidates for or select the Job Seeker bucket if you have multiple applicants.
- Select a candidate’s name.
- To open the next-oldest candidate in the same hiring stage, select the Next arrow on the candidate’s profile page.

Continue selecting the Next arrow to move through all candidates in that hiring stage.

Tips
- The candidate list does not loop back to the beginning after you reach the last candidate in this particular stage.
- When the Next arrow is gray, you have reached the end of the candidates in that hiring stage.
- Use this feature to review candidates quickly without navigating back to the candidate list each time.
