To view new applicants for a job:
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Find the job on the Recruiting Dashboard.
- Look at the 6 boxes next to the job. The second box shows how many people applied for that job.
- When the box is gray and shows 0, you do not have new candidates to review.
- When the box is orange and shows a number, you have new candidates to review.
- Select the second box to open the list of new candidates for that job.
