This article is for administrators.
You must have admin or staffing user access or be assigned a role on the job to access a candidate’s profile.
The Recruiting dashboard shows a Job Seeker count of new applicants for each job and allows users with access to open the candidate records directly through the Job Seeker link.
Job Seekers are applicants who have applied through a job posting link on your Careers page or an ATS-integrated job board such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Find the job on the Recruiting dashboard.
-
Locate the Candidate Pipeline section, where you will find six candidate status categories. The second category, Job Seeker, shows the number of new applicants for that job.

If the number beside Job Seeker is highlighted orange and shows a number other than 0, there are new applicants to review.
If Job Seeker displays 0, there are no new applicants to review.
-
Select Job Seeker to open the list of new applicants for that job to review.
Note: If there is only 1 new applicant for a job, when you click Job Seeker, the system will direct you to that new applicant's candidate record instead of to a list of new applicants.
Tips
- Use the color and number next to Job Seeker to quickly check for new applicants.
- Check your Recruiting dashboard regularly for new applicants to keep your hiring process moving forward.
