On your Analytics dashboard, most applicants are either Site Applicants or Posting Responses. Here are the differences:

Posting Responses:
- A Posting Response is someone who came to your company's Careers Page from a job posting on an external site, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Craigslist.
- Recruiting tracks this source data if your company uses Tracking Links.

Site Applicants:
- A Site Applicant is someone who visited your company's website on their own and applied on your Careers page.
