How Do I Use the Do Not Hire Flag in Recruiting?

Overview

When a candidate is marked as Do Not Hire, it displays a prominent notice on the candidate's record, changes the candidate's status to Do Not Hire, and records the action in the candidate's history.

This action impacts all matching email addresses in Recruiting.


How Do I Use the Do Not Hire flag?

  1. From the candidate record, click the Info button, and on the left side, click the Stop Sign icon Flag - Do Not Hire 
  2. In the pop-up window that appears, click Yes, Do it. 
  3. Upon confirming, any candidate records with a matching email address display the Do Not Hire flag.
  4. The Candidate Search page also displays those records with red highlighting.
