This article is for administrators.
Important:
- Please read this article carefully before you proceed with canceling your account.
- There are many ways a customer is billed for Paycor Recruiting, and it’s critical to direct your cancellation to the appropriate team to make sure it is processed correctly.
Customers Who Use Recruiting with a Paycor Account
Note: You can use your Recruiting account until the end of the month you request to cancel, or until you lose access to Paycor, whichever comes first.
If you use Paycor Recruiting along with other Paycor products like Payroll, Benefits, or Time, and your ATS billing is included in your Paycor invoice, follow these steps:
- Contact Paycor Support at (800) 381-0053 to cancel or discuss your Paycor Recruiting billing:
- Tell the Paycor Support team how your recruiting is billed to your company.
- Have your Client ID(s) ready before you call.
We also suggest you remove the ATS iframe or careers page from your website first:
- Work with your web team to remove or replace it.
- Close all active job postings and take care of any candidates still in the system.
- We will not remove jobs for you. Make sure jobs are closed before your account is locked, so candidates cannot apply.
After notifying the Paycor Recruiting team of your cancellation, a team member contacts you. They give you instructions on how to request your data and manage your account before it closes.
Is Your Recruiting Account Connected to Other Paycor Accounts?
The Recruiting Support team cannot help with billing or contracts for full suite clients:
- If you want to keep your ATS after leaving Paycor, tell the Paycor team to convert your billing to standalone or direct.
- You must request a data export of your ATS account. It is not provided automatically.

- Billing starts the day you sign your order form.
- If you want to stop using it, you must email recruiting-billing@paycor.com. If you don’t email, you will keep getting charged.
- You do not get a refund or credit if you forget to cancel or do not give written notice on time.
- If you do not pay your bill on time, you may get locked out of your account without warning and may be charged late fees.
- Most customers use a month-to-month plan, but some have a yearly plan. If that is you, we will let you know.
- Have billing questions? Email recruiting-billing@paycor.com.
Data Exports
We offer a one-time export of your Paycor Recruiting data:
- You must request the export.
- It is not sent automatically when you cancel.
If you do not request a data export, Paycor Recruiting will purge your account information between 30 and 90 days after canceling.
We cannot send a data export if your account is past due.
If you have questions about your balance or bill, email recruiting-billing@paycor.com.
Administrator License Cancellation and Removal
Administrator licenses are billed as a subscription and are not based on usage.
- If you remove a user as an administrator, the license becomes available to another user since you are still billed for it.
Important:
- You must email recruiting-billing@paycor.com if you want unused administrator licenses removed from billing.
- Only inactivating or deleting an administrator from your account does not remove it from your billing.
- Until you contact us, you will continue to be billed for that license.
