Enable Smart Sourcing on an existing job and change the manager

This is Step 2 in the process to set up and use Paycor Smart Sourcing for Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

 

Overview 

Enable Smart Sourcing on an existing job 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
    Shows the Recruiting dashboard
  2. Find the job you want to enable with Smart Sourcing and click the job title. The Job details screen opens.

  3. At the top-left of the job title, click the blue information icon. The Job Details screen opens on the Job Info tab.

  4. In the window that opens, on the right in the Paycor Smart Sourcing section, mark the check box next to Send this job to Paycor Smart Sourcing and then click Save.
  5. To change the Smart Sourcing Manager to a different user, click the Smart Sourcing Manager link to open a list of users, select them, and select Save
