Overview
- This is Step 2 in the process to set up and use Paycor Smart Sourcing for Recruiting.

Enable Smart Sourcing on an existing job
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
- Find the job you want to enable with Smart Sourcing and click the job title. The Job details screen opens.
- At the top-left of the job title, click the blue information icon. The Job Details screen opens on the Job Info tab.
- In the window that opens, on the right in the Paycor Smart Sourcing section, mark the check box next to Send this job to Paycor Smart Sourcing and then click Save.
- To change the Smart Sourcing Manager to a different user, click the Smart Sourcing Manager link to open a list of users, select them, and select Save.
