Steps to Begin a Request for Offer Approval
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.
2. Click the title of the job you want to request an offer for. The job details screen appears with a candidate breakdown.
3. Click the candidate's name and their details screen appears.
4. Along the top, click Offer ($) and select Request Offer Approval. A popup appears.
5. Complete the required and optional fields and click Continue on the top right. Another popup appears.
5. Enter an optional comment and click Submit. This notifies your Approval Manager that you have submitted the request with a notification alert on their dashboard.
Steps to Check the Status of an Offer Approval
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.
Approvals tab on your home dashboard. Here, you will find all the offers that are related to you. This includes the offers you've requested and the offers you need to approve. You can also see the status of the offer in the approval process.
How Do I Approve or Deny an Offer That Has Been Submitted to Me for Review?
- Go to your Requests tab on the left side to see offers waiting for your approval. Remember, Green is GO, and Red is NO. You can enter a comment if you’d like.
- Click Save when you are finished. At this point, Recruiting alerts the next person in the process if applicable.
Note: The Offer Details screen mentioned above tracks the approval as it progresses (e.g., emails and comments, details of the offer). Only certain users can access this screen:
- Users assigned as Recruiters and Hiring Managers for the job
- Users who are part of the approval process, i.e., Approvers
- Admin and Staffing Users
