This article is for administrators.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard opens.
- Select the job title the candidate applied for.
- In the Name column, select the candidate to open their profile. The color of the Info icon shows if the candidate applied to multiple jobs:
- Yellow: The candidate applied to one job.
- Orange: The candidate applied to multiple jobs.
- Select the Info icon to see the details.
Notes:
- You can merge duplicate records using the Candidate De-Duplication Tool. For more information, refer to How Do I De-Duplicate Candidate Records in Recruiting?.
- You can pass on all records at once. For more information, refer to How Do I Pass on Applicants who Apply Multiple Times in Recruiting?.
