Submit a request to Recruiting Support

Sometimes a candidate contacts you because they have trouble applying for jobs in Recruiting. When this happens, contact Recruiting Support. The team looks into your Application and Careers screens.

Include required information in your support request

To help Recruiting Support find the issue, include these details in your support ticket:

  • The browser or system information from any candidate who had issues applying.
  • The job the candidate applied for.
  • How the candidate found the job. For example, the candidate found it on your website, or a third-party site like LinkedIn or Indeed linked them to it.
  • Screenshots that show the error or problem.

Considerations

Review applicant variables

Application issues can be hard to troubleshoot because of many variables, such as:

  • The applicant is behind a corporate firewall that blocks parts of the site.
  • Browser plug-ins on the applicant's work computer interfere with Recruiting.

Test if the issue is on the candidate's side

Try these quick tests:

  1. Refresh the applicant's current browser.
  2. Close the browser and open a new one.

Try refreshing the existing browser the applicant is using.

Consider closing the browser and opening a new one.

If both tests fail, send as much detail as you can to Recruiting Support about the applicant's difficulties.
