This feature is available to customers who use both ATS and Paycor for their HCM needs.
The Termination Flow automatically creates a draft job in Recruiting when an employee is terminated in Paycor.
If you do not want a draft job created when an employee is terminated, you can turn off the draft job creation during the termination process individually for each termination, or you can disable the feature entirely.
Turn off the termination flow to Recruiting
To turn this feature off entirely for your account, follow these steps:
- Go to People > People Settings > Employee Settings to open the Employee Settings page.

On the General Settings tab, scroll down to the Enhanced Termination Wizard section and select the toggle to turn the feature off.
- Select Save.
Disable the termination flow per job to Recruiting
If you want to leave the Termination Wizard turned on and decide on a case-by-case basis if a draft job is needed when you terminate an employee, leave the feature enabled. Then follow these steps:

When you terminate an employee, locate the question: Would you like to add this job to the Draft Jobs area of Perform ATS?
- Select No to prevent a draft job from being created automatically.
Check if a draft job was created
If a draft job is created when an employee is terminated, you receive an email notification confirming that the job was created.
When you open the draft job in Recruiting, you can view the details entered during the employee termination process.
