All sites organize their job postings by zip code.
Recruiting does not require specific data points in the location, but some job sites do, such as Indeed. You must enter a single city name (not Chicagoland Area or Bay Area), state, and zip code in your location.

Job sites recognize and respect remote job listings. In the Remote Status field on the job record, select:
- Remote
- Hybrid
- On-Site
