In Recruiting, you can share your Candidate and Document sub-folders with other users.
Note: You can only share sub-folders. You cannot share your entire library, resumes, or documents that are not saved in a sub-folder.
To share a sub-folder with other users:
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Select Folders.
- Select Manage.
- Select the sub-folder you want to share.
- In Folder Sharing, select Share this Folder.
- Select Share With.
- In the Share With window, select the users you want to share the folder with.
- Select Save.
