How Do Administrators Send Reminder Emails for Job Approvals or Offer Approvals?

Describes how administrators send a reminder email for approvers to review a job or offer.

Sometimes, you might want to send a reminder to an approver about a job or offer waiting for their review and approval.

1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Active Jobs screen appears. 

2. Click the Approvals tab, then locate and click the job or offer you want to remind the approver about.

3. Click the name of the Approver you're waiting for and when the popup appears, click the blue click here to send a reminder. A popup appears and you can edit or send the original message.
