How Do I Delete Candidate Attachments in Recruiting?

Describes how administrator users can delete resumes and other attachments from a candidate's profile in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators and staffing users with appropriate rights. 

 

1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. 

  • Your Recruiting dashboard appears. 
Shows the active jobs list with the mid-level planner job highlighted.

2. Find the job and click it to see the candidates when the details screen appears.

3. In the Name column, click the candidate's name and their details screen for that job appears. 

Clicked Kerry Smith and shows far-right menu to delete the resume.

4. On the right, click the Resume tab (or other attachments) and on the far-right, click the three vertical dots and select Delete File. 

  • A notification screen appears at the bottom allowing you to UNDO.  Ignore it, and it disappears and the attachment is removed.
