Requirements: 

• You must have an app that connects phone calls.
• Desktop and Laptop: If you work on a desktop or laptop, use a subscription-based program like Skype.
• Mobile Phone: Use the existing Phone app on a mobile device.

Note: You might see usage charges from your service provider depending on how the call is connected. Recruiting provides the candidate's phone number via the tel: protocol.
