Important: You must be an Admin to turn on this setting.
Follow these steps to allow your hiring managers to send thank you letters:
- In Recruiting, click Admin.
- Click Email Templates.
- On the left in Settings, click Who can send Thank You Letters.
- Click the radio button next to Anyone Who Rejects a Candidate will be asked to Send a Thank You Letter.
- Click the appropriate radio button corresponding to who should be allowed to send Thank You Letters.
Notes:
- Regardless of who passes on a candidate, they are always going to be stored with the job that they were assigned to.
- To find them: Click a job title. The Candidate Breakdown screen appears.
- At the bottom of the screen is a collapsed bar, Inactive. Click the blue plus sign to view the inactive candidates.
