This article is for administrators.
Follow these steps to allow your hiring managers to send thank you letters:
1. In Recruiting, click Admin.
2. Click Message Templates.
3. On the left in Settings, click Who can send Thank You Letters.
4. Click the radio button next to Anyone Who Rejects a Candidate will be asked to Send a Thank You Letter.
5. Click the appropriate radio button corresponding to who can send Thank You Letters.

Notes:
- Regardless of who passes on a candidate, they will always be stored with the job they were assigned to.
- To find them: Click a job title. The Candidate Breakdown screen appears.
- At the bottom of the screen is a collapsed bar, Inactive. Click the blue plus sign to view the inactive candidates.
