Recruiting: Add an Attachment to a Candidate's Record

Describes how to add an attachment to a candidate's record.

Follow these steps to add an attachment to a candidate's record:

  1. In Recruiting, access the candidate's record. 
  2. Click Add File
  3. In the Type of File field, select an appropriate label. 
    Note: If you do not see an appropriate label to select, click Custom File Type to create a new label.
  4. Drag and drop a file into the designated area or click Browse for a File
  5. If applicable, click Make Private

After the file is uploaded, it appears on the candidate's record.

Important:

  • Image files cannot be attached when transferring hired candidates into Onboarding.
  • Image files will cause transfers to fail.
