Steps to update user email templates with your company default templates
When you create a new user, they automatically get the email templates from Admin > Message Templates > New User Templates. Changes to the templates in this area do not update templates for current users.
To replace an existing user's personal email templates with the company's default email templates, follow these steps to reset them on the behalf of the user:
- Select Admin, then choose Users, and search for the name.
- When you open the info screen for that user, select Message Templates.
- In the My Templates list, find and select Restore Default Templates.
- You can manually replace your own templates with the defaults by accessing Message Templates:
- Select the Gear Icon > Message Settings > My Templates.
- Select Restore Default Templates.
