Manage and access legacy job applications in Recruiting

Part of the Recruiting Application Builder Guide describing how to use the Application Builder feature in Recruiting to create and customize the application process.

This article is for administrators.

Administrators can create, customize, and manage applications for their company. This allows you to customize application questions and fields to match your hiring needs.

You can build unlimited custom applications based on your job and information requirements. This helps you create a clear and consistent experience for candidates.

This feature is part of the Application Builder. For more information on creating customized applications, refer to Understand the Application Builder feature and resources.

Legacy job applications

You can still use legacy job applications in the system. However, updates and changes are no longer supported

If you need to make changes, you can recreate the application in the Application Builder. Rebuilding an application ensures that it reflects how you want candidates to see and complete it.
