Administrators can create and edit applications for your company. This allows you to customize application questions and fields based on your hiring needs. You can collect the exact information you want from candidates and create a unique application experience.
There is no limit to the number of custom applications your company can create.

Application Builder block and field options
Application Builder includes several block types that help you structure your application.
Formatting
Use these blocks to control layout and add information for candidates:
- Paragraph text: Add instructions, disclaimers, or other helpful text
- Horizontal line: Add a visual divider between sections
- Horizontal space: Add blank space for improved layout
Question groups
Question groups help you collect structured information from candidates:
- Acceptance of terms: Add acknowledgment or acceptance sections
- Previous address: Collect a candidate’s previous address
- Resume upload: Allow candidates to upload a resume
- Attachments: Allow candidates to upload additional files
- Compensation: Collect current and desired compensation details
- Education history: Capture education background
- Employment history: Capture previous work experience
Custom questions
If the default options do not work for you, you can create custom questions in different formats:
- Date: Includes a calendar for selecting dates
- Email Address: Stores responses as an email address
- Phone number: Stores responses as a phone number
- Text box (single line): Short text response
- Text box (multi-line): Longer text response
- Checkboxes (select multiple): Select more than one option
- Drop-Down (select one): Select one option from a list
- Radio Buttons (select one): Select one option from a list
Editing blocks and fields
All blocks and custom fields follow the same editing rules. To change a block or field, select the blue action buttons within that block.
