Select or change a Job Application on a posted job in Recruiting

Describes how you toggle between multiple Recruiting applications.

This article is for administrators.

 

By default, Paycor Recruiting uses the Standard application. You can create and use different application forms for different jobs in your Applicant Tracking System. For more information on creating customized applications, refer to Understand the Application Builder feature and resources.  

Once your applications are set up, you can select a different application when you create a job or update an existing job. 

Set the application when you create a job 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.  
  2. Select Create a Job or Request Job Approval

  3. Locate the Application menu and select the application you want to use.

Change the application after you post a job 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.  
  2. On the Recruiting Home Dashboard, hover over the job title to display the job information box.

  3. Select the Job Info link. 
  4. On the Job Info tab, in the Application menu, select the application you want to use for that job.

  5. Select Save to update the job.  

Tips 

  • Changes to posted jobs only apply to future applicants. Existing applicants keep the application they have already submitted. 
  • Use different applications to match the needs of each job you need to hire for.
