Turn off review or feedback requests in Recruiting

Describes how to turn off review or feedback requests.

This article is for administrators.

Overview

  • You can turn off review requests in Recruiting; the system does not send a request for input when you move a candidate through the hiring process.
  • To turn off feedback requests, you must be using feedback requests instead of Scorecards. Scorecards must be turned off by an administrator.
  • Note: If you do not want to send feedback requests in most cases, check the box next to Do not send by default

Do not send Review Requests

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. From the candidate profile, select Review. The Review Request window opens.
  3. Select Do Not Send to move the candidate to the Review stage without sending a request for additional input to other members of your team. You will have a place to leave additional comments.
  4. Select Save.

Do not send Feedback Requests

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. From the candidate profile, select Recruiter Screen Scheduled, Phone Screen Scheduled, or Interview Scheduled. The Feedback Request window opens.
  3. Select Do Not Send to move the candidate to the scheduled stage without sending a post-meeting request for additional feedback from the interviewers. You will have a place to leave additional comments.
  4. Select Save
