Share folders in Recruiting

Describes how to share candidate and document folders with other users.

In Recruiting, you can share your Candidate and Document sub-folders with other users.

Note: You can only share sub-folders. You cannot share your entire library, resumes, or documents that are not saved in a sub-folder.

To share a sub-folder with other users:

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking
  2. Select Folders.
  3. Select Manage.
  4. Select the sub-folder you want to share. 
  5. In Folder Sharing, select Share this Folder. 
  6. Select Share With
  7. In the Share With window, select the users you want to share the folder with.
  8. Select Save.
