Overview
In recruiting, you can create reasons for non-selection for candidates. These help you keep dispositioned candidates organized.
These reasons for non-selection flow into your EEO/OFCCP logs so you can report on them whenever you want.
Note: Once entered, reasons cannot be edited; they can only be deleted.
Access non-selection reasons
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Select Admin, then select EEO/OFCCP.
- Mark the checkbox for Enable Reasons for Non-Selection.
- Select Edit Reasons for Non-Selection.
- Complete the Summary (category) and Reason fields.
- Select Add.
These reasons cannot be deleted section
This section at the bottom displays the reasons you cannot edit or delete.
- No Response: No response from the candidate
- Duplicate: This candidate has already been submitted
- Job Closed: We closed this role (unfilled)
- Job Filled: We hired someone else for this role
- OTM (Off The Market): They were already off the market
- CNI (Candidate Not Interested): They were not interested in this position
- No-Start: We hired this person, but they did not start
