Generate an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Flow Log

Describes how administrators can generate Applicant Flow Logs with EEO information (Gender, Race/Ethnicity, Veteran Status and Disability Status) candidates disclose before submitting their application.

This article is for administrators.

 

You can generate EEO Flow Logs from the Flow Logs tab in the EEO/OFCCP admin area.

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin, then select EEO/OFCCP.
  3. Select the Flow Logs tab.

You can create a flow log for:

  • Applicants to all jobs over a date range or 
  • All applicants to a specific job

Export a flow log for all jobs

Use these steps to export a flow log that includes candidates from all jobs.

  1. Select Export by Date Range.
  2. Choose the Date Range for the candidates you want to include in this report (Example: This year So Far)
  3. Optional
    1. Select the checkbox to include jobs outside of the United States.
    2. Select the checkbox to include candidates who did not meet minimum qualifications.
  4. Choose the file type:
    1. XLSX (Excel), or 
    2. CSV (Comma Separated Values)
  5. Select Export This Flow Log to generate and download the report.

Export a flow log for a specific job

Use these steps to export a flow log for one job only.

  1. Select Export a Specific Job.
  2. Select the job from the dropdown menu. Hover your mouse over a job title to see more details about that job.
  3. Optional
    1. Select the checkbox to include jobs outside of the United States.
    2. Select the checkbox to include candidates who did not meet minimum qualifications.
  4. Choose the file type:
    1. XLSX (Excel), or 
    2. CSV (Comma Separated Values)
  5. Select Export This Flow Log to generate and download the report.
