Overview
If you often upload files that do not fit the current file types, you can make a custom file type. Examples include references, art portfolios, and assessments.
Custom file types show on every candidate profile and for every job.
Add a custom file type
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- In the search box, search for the candidate. You can also select the job title of the job the candidate applied for.
- Select the candidate's name to open their details screen.
- At the top right, select +Add. The Add File popup opens.
- In the Type of File field, select Custom File Type.
- Enter a name for the file type.
- Add a file.
- Select Upload, then Save.
Delete a custom file type
- Select +Add File.
- Select the red trash can next to the custom file type.
