In Paycor, you use the rich text editor to create job descriptions and email templates. When you copy text from Microsoft Word or a similar app, it might not paste cleanly because Word adds hidden formatting.
To remove formatting:
- Paste the text into the field.
- Select Remove All Formatting.
- Add formatting back with the toolbar options.
Note: Depending on your browser settings, you can right-click in the text editor and choose one of these options:

Paste as plain text: Pastes the copied text with no formatting.

Paste and Match Style: Pastes the copied text and matches the formatting of the surrounding text in the editor.
