Recruiting: Allow Hiring Managers to Send Thank You Letters

How to allow hiring managers to send thank you letters.

Important: You must be an Admin to turn on this setting. 

Follow these steps to allow your hiring managers to send thank you letters:

  1. In Recruiting, click Admin.
  2. Click Email Templates
  3. On the left in Settings, click Who can send Thank You Letters.
  4. Click the radio button next to Anyone Who Rejects a Candidate will be asked to Send a Thank You Letter.
  5. Click the appropriate radio button corresponding to who should be allowed to send Thank You Letters.

Notes: 

  • Regardless of who passes on a candidate, they are always going to be stored with the job that they were assigned to.
  • To find them: Click a job title. The Candidate Breakdown screen appears. 
  • At the bottom of the screen is a collapsed bar, Inactive. Click the blue plus sign to view the inactive candidates.
