How Do I Allow Hiring Managers to Send Thank You Letters?

How to allow hiring managers to send thank you letters.

This article is for administrators.

 

Follow these steps to allow your hiring managers to send thank you letters:

1. In Recruiting, click Admin.

2. Click Message Templates

3. On the left in Settings, click Who can send Thank You Letters.

4. Click the radio button next to Anyone Who Rejects a Candidate will be asked to Send a Thank You Letter.

5. Click the appropriate radio button corresponding to who can send Thank You Letters.

Notes: 

  • Regardless of who passes on a candidate, they will always be stored with the job they were assigned to.
  • To find them: Click a job title. The Candidate Breakdown screen appears. 
  • At the bottom of the screen is a collapsed bar, Inactive. Click the blue plus sign to view the inactive candidates.
