Overview
This is Step 1 in the process to set up and use Paycor Smart Sourcing for Recruiting.

Set a default Sourcing Manager in Recruiting
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Select Admin and select Company Settings. The Company Settings screen opens.
- On the left side, go to Integrations > Paycor Smart Sourcing.
- On the Paycor Smart Sourcing screen, select Default Smart Sourcing Manager link. When the pop-up appears, select the circle next to the name you want, and select Save.
This occurs:
- The Default Smart Sourcing Manager displays the name you selected.
