The Review Request feature lets a recruiter easily ask a Hiring Manager for their thoughts on new job applicants.
In Recruiting, on a candidate's profile, you have two ways to request feedback:
- Click the green Review Request image. An email is sent to the hiring manager.
- Or, click Review, then click Review Requested. An email is sent to the hiring manager.
Notes:
- Review Request emails are just like regular emails.
- You can:
- Attach any document linked to the candidate.
- Edit the email message.
- Make your comments private.
- Add other people to the email (CC them).
- Hiring managers receive a link in the email to review the candidate.
