Copying and Pasting into Fields

• Job descriptions and email templates are created in the editor.
• When text is copied from Microsoft Word or a similar application, data might not paste cleanly into the editor because Word usually contains some embedded formatting.
• To remove Word's embedded formatting:
  • After you paste data into a field, click Remove All Formatting. 
  • Next, add formatting back using the toolbar options. 

Note: Depending on the browser settings, you might have the ability to right-click in the text editor and select either of these options:
