Follow these steps to make a shared template available in your personal template library:

1. In Recruiting, under your Personal Settings menu, at the top-right of the screen, click the Gears icon. 
2. Click Email Templates and then click the Shared Templates tab. 
3. From the list of Shared Templates, highlight the template you want to copy, and on the right side, click Copy to My Library.
