Request Equal Employer Opportunity (EEO) information from applicants

Describes how you request EEO information from applicants.

This article is for administrators.

Overview

You can ask job candidates to share EEO information during the application process. This step is optional for candidates.

Recruiting follows all OFCCP rules and is in full compliance.

You can ask for:

  • Gender
  • Race or ethnicity
  • Disability status
  • Veteran status

You can show these questions at the start or at the end of the job application.

Note: For safety and legal reasons, Recruiting Support cannot change these settings for you. Your administrator must make these changes.

Set up EEO/OFCCP questions

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin, then select EEO/OFCCP
  3. Under Position of EEO Questions, choose where the questions show in the application.
  4. Select the radio buttons for the EEO information you want to request. These settings apply to all applicants.
  5. Select Save. A success banner displays.

Show the EEO/OFCCP tab
