HOW TO ENABLE SMART SOURCING ON AN EXISTING JOB
- In Recruiting on the job record, at the top-left. click the blue More Info (i) icon.
- In the Paycor Smart Sourcing section on the right, mark the checkbox next to the Send this job to Paycor Smart Sourcing field.
- To change the Smart Sourcing Manager to a different user, click the Smart Sourcing Manager link to open a list of users.
- You can select any administrating or staffing user or any standard users who are assigned to the job.
- Select the user and click Save.
