Prerequisites
- Paycor Smart Sourcing is available for your organization.
- The job already exists in the Recruiting platform.

You must be assigned to the job record as one of the following roles to view and interact with candidates associated with that job:
- Hiring Manager
- Recruiter
- Executive
Turn on Smart Sourcing on an existing job
Smart Sourcing helps you reach a larger pool of candidates.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Go to the Job Record and open Job Info.

In the Paycor Smart Sourcing section, select the checkbox for Send this job to Paycor Smart Sourcing. Your default Smart Sourcing Manager will populate.
- Select Save.
Change the Smart Sourcing Manager
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- In the Paycor Smart Sourcing Section, select the Smart Sourcing Manager link.

Select a new user from the list.
Note: The available names will be people who are Administrators, Staffing users, or those assigned to the job as Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Executives, or Team Members.
- Select Save. After you turn on Smart Sourcing and save your changes, the job is submitted to Paycor Smart Sourcing. The selected Smart Sourcing Manager receives Smart Sourcing updates and results for that job.
