Paycor Smart Sourcing helps you find qualified candidates for an open job and can reach out to them to gauge their interest in your position.
How Smart Sourcing engages candidates
When you use Paycor Smart Sourcing, Smart Sourcing:
- Creates a target list of qualified candidates.
- Contacts candidates on your behalf.
- Invites candidates to express interest in the job.
The candidate list may include:
- Active candidates who are looking for a new job.
- Passive candidates who are not actively looking for a new job.
Smart Sourcing sends up to two emails, asking if the candidate is interested in your job:
- The first email invites the candidate to review the job.
- A second email is sent only if the first email is opened.
The email includes a link to the job description. The candidate reviews the job description and indicates their interest.
Candidate response options
There are three ways that a candidate can reply:
- In the email, there’s a link to apply.
-
The candidate can select I'm interested.
-
They also enter their contact information.
