Verify my From Email address in Recruiting

Describes how administrators can verify and change the From email address they use to send emails and messages in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

 

Important: If the email address is different from your login name, you must verify it to make sure you have permission to send emails from it.

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
  2. On the top right, select the Gear icon, and in the menu, select Message Settings
  3. In the My Settings section, select Email Address and Signature
  4. On the right, in the Sender Email Address field, enter the From email address you want to use.

  1. After you update your address in Email Settings, Recruiting sends a verification email to that address. Select the link in the email to start sending emails from that address.

To prevent users from changing the email address: 

If you do not want users to change this address, and you want them to send emails only from the address they use to sign in, contact Recruiting Support to turn off this option.
