Overview
In Recruiting, you can change the email address you use to send emails and messages. If the email address is different from your login name, you must verify it to make sure you have permission to send emails from it.
Steps to Change Your From Email Address
- In Recruiting, at the top-right, click the Gear icon, and in the menu, select Message Settings.
- In the My Settings section, click Email Address and Signature.
- On the right, in the Sender Email Address field, enter the From email address you want to use.
How Do I Verify a Different Email Address?
- After you update your address in Email Settings, Recruiting sends a verification email to that address.
- Click the link in the message to start sending emails from that address.
How Do I Prevent Users from Changing this Email Address?
If you want to prevent users from changing this address and ensure they can only send emails from the address they log in with, contact Recruiting Support to disable this option.
