User cannot access the Hiring menu
If a user does not see Hiring under People, they do not have the correct access.
To grant access to the Hiring menu, go to Access & Registration then assign the user a role with Onboarding access, such as Company Administrator or HR Administrator.

You can also assign one of the following custom roles.
Hire Employee
- Can invite or manually hire new employees
- Access to Pending New Hires can be limited by pay group, payroll, and work location
-
Can delete pending new hires
Limited Employee Hiring
- Can invite or manually hire new employees
-
Sees only the new hires they invited
User cannot access Applicant Tracking
If a user does not see Applicant Tracking under People > Hiring, Recruiting SSO may not be enabled.
A Company Administrator or HR Administrator can enable Recruiting SSO by following these steps.
- Go to Company > User Access > Access & Registration.
- Search for the user and select their name to open the Summary screen.
- In the Recruiting Single Sign On section, select Enable.
- Confirm the email address matches the email used to create the user in Applicant Tracking.
-
Select the green check mark, then select OK.
Note: After turning on Recruiting SSO, the systems may take up to 15 minutes to sync.
For full setup details, refer to Enable Single Sign On (SSO) and the Recruiting Widget.
Users who log in directly to RecruitingbyPaycor.com
User forgot their password
On the Paycor login page, the user should select Forgot Password?.
In the Password Update pop-up, the user should enter the email address that is linked to their user in Recruiting. Then select Send Password Link.
Paycor sends a password reset email to the user’s email address.
If the email does not arrive, an administrator can reset the password in Recruiting.

If a user enters the wrong password too many times, Paycor locks the account.
For security reasons, Paycor Support cannot reset passwords or unlock accounts for standard users. Users must contact a company administrator for help.
