HOW TO CREATE AND POST A JOB IN PAYCOR RECRUITING

1. There are two ways to create a job:
  • Go to Create a Job.

 

 
  • Make sure Job Approvals is enabled then click Request Job Approval.

 

 
2. On the Create a Job or Job Approval page, complete all required fields.

 



Important: Make sure you check the Send this job to Paycor Smart Sourcing box then select the Smart Sourcing contact.
 

 

  
3. When finished, click Next. 
 
4. To post the job, click Activate.

 

 

 
Note:  The Smart Sourcing contact assigned to a position can expect to start receiving candidate profiles for calibration within 1 to 2 days.
