Overview
When you mark a candidate as Do Not Hire:
- A prominent notice is featured on the candidate’s record.
- The candidate’s status changes to Do Not Hire.
- Paycor saves this action in the candidate history.
Note: This action impacts all email addresses that match in Recruiting.
Use the Do Not Hire flag
- From the candidate record, select the information icon. The candidate information window opens. Select Flag - Do Not Hire.
- In the confirmation pop-up that opens, select Yes, Do it.
- After the confirmation is done, any candidate records with a matching email address will have the Do Not Hire flag. The records are also highlighted in red in the Candidate Search list.
