Overview

Paycor now works with Cronofy to let candidates schedule their own interviews in Paycor ATS. 

  • Recruiters send a link from the candidate’s record.
  • Candidates pick a time that works from your real-time calendar.
  • Interviews get booked in minutes, without leaving Paycor.
  • It works for simple 1:1s and multi-person interview loops.
  • This saves time and keeps hiring moving.

Set up Cronofy candidate self-scheduling

If you do not use Cronofy Candidate Self-Scheduling yet, contact your Paycor Sales Representative. Refer to Paycor Marketplace for more information.

After Cronofy gets the request, they will work with Paycor to turn it on. You will get an email when it is ready.

To check that it is set up:

  1. Go to Admin > Interviews > Settings.
  2. Make sure Cronofy Candidate Self-Scheduling is checked.

Schedule an interview with Cronofy candidate self-scheduling

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Active Jobs in your company appear.
  2. Select a candidate.
  3. Select one of the options in Phone Screen or Interview. In this example, we selected Schedule a Phone Screen. The Schedule an Interview window opens.
  4. Select Schedule.
  5. To use a template saved from a past interview, choose one under Start from a recent request, then click Select
    To create a new request, select Create a request from scratch.
  6. Add any other attendees and a description.
  7. Choose the dates and times for the candidate to choose from. 
  8. Select Create request link.
  9. A draft email opens for you to review. When you are ready, select Send Email Now.
  10. The email is sent to the candidate. 
  11. After the candidate schedules, you get this confirmation on their record:

View the candidates’ experience when they schedule

  1. The candidate gets an email like this:
  2. They select the link. A scheduling window opens.
  3. They pick a date and time. The date and time show with Confirm or Cancel.
  4. They select Confirm. This confirmation message appears for the candidate.
