Overview
Once enabled, Standard Users can schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates for the jobs they are assigned to.
How interview scheduling is turned on for Standard users
- As an administrator, you must request access to the Interview Scheduling tool for your Standard Users from Recruiting Support.
- This setting cannot be enabled directly in the product.
- After you have enabled the Interview Scheduling Tool in your ATS, send a request to Recruiting Support to activate the feature for your Standard Users. Recruiting Support will then verify with you that your request is completed.
What happens after activation
After the setting is activated for Standard Users:
- Standard Users can schedule meetings with candidates for jobs that they are assigned to only.
- Scheduling tool becomes available for all Standard Users.
Tips
The Interview Scheduling feature must be turned on before reaching out to support to enable it for standard users.
Allow time for Recruiting Support to review and complete the request before notifying users that the feature has been enabled. Recruiting Support will verify with you once the setting is enabled.
This is an all-or-nothing setting. If enabled, all Standard users can schedule meetings with candidates for jobs they are assigned to.
