Post an internal job in Recruiting

Internal job postings allow existing employees to apply for a job separately from external candidates. As a result, employees are marked as internal applicants in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

 
  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select the job title.
  3. Select the More Info icon next to the job title.
  4. Go to Job Promotion
    1. If the job is open to internal and external candidates, select Include in Internal Jobs Feed.Displays the Job Promotion tab highlighting Copy Link next to Include in Internal Jobs Feed.
    2. If the job is internal only, select Job Info, then select Internal Job Only.Displays the Job Info tab highlighting Copy Internal Posting Link next to Internal Job Only.
  5. Select Save.

Send internal job postings to employees

Note: You can set up an Internal Jobs Listing Page with an IFrame. This lets employees view and apply for jobs on the company intranet.

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking
  2. Select the job title.
  3. Select the More Info icon next to the job title.
  4. Go to Job Promotion.
  5. For a job open to internal and external candidates:
    1. Next to the Include in Internal Jobs Feed, select Copy Link. Paste the link where you want to share it.
  6. For a job that is internal only:
    1. In Job Info, next to Internal Job Only, select Copy Internal Posting Link. Paste the link where you want to share it.
