Use Gravity as an employee

This article shows how to sign up for Gravity in Recruiting, share jobs, check your points, see the leaderboard, and what to do if you don’t have a company email.

This article is for employees.

Access Gravity

Step 1. Sign up for the Gravity app using a social account like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo!, Amazon, or Google.

Step 2. When the app asks, enter your work email address that uses your company domain. This helps Gravity check that you work at your company.

Share jobs through Gravity

  1. Open the Gravity app and select Share Jobs. This displays a list of all open jobs at your company.
  2. At the top, sort jobs by Department or Location.
  3. Select a job to read the job description.
  4. Select the social network you want to use to share the job. A window opens with a post already written for you.
  5. If it is your first time sharing to that network through Gravity, sign in.
  6. Edit the post if you want. Depending on the network, you can share to a group, one person, or your entire network.
  7. Change any posting settings you want and select Share to post.
  8. After you share, you can see how many times you shared that job on each network.

View my stats

  • Open the My Stats panel to view the points you earn and how they work if your companay uses the point system.
  • Many companies assign point values for actions in Gravity that help with hiring.

Check the leaderboard

  • If your company uses the point system, open the Leaderboard to see your rank compared to others in your company.
  • Many companies provide rewards based on these points.

Access Gravity without a company email

  • If you do not have a work email with your company’s domain, ask your company’s administrator to contact Gravity.
  • They can ask for a special link that lets you log in without a company‑domain email.
