Understanding dashboard status colors when interview scheduling is turned on

When Interview Scheduling is turned on, interviews and phone screens on the Recruiting dashboard are color-coded to show their status.

Status color meanings

  • Red: A required attendee declined the invitation. You must reschedule or cancel the event.
  • Yellow: The event is scheduled, but not all required attendees have responded. Hover over the indicator to see pending invitations.
  • Green: All required attendees accepted the invitation. You can safely invite the candidate.
  • Gray: The event was scheduled, coordinated, and completed.

If no color appears, no event has been scheduled.

Interview round highlighted in yellow

If an interview round, such as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd interview, is highlighted in yellow, the interview is in reschedule status.

Dashboard status without interview scheduling

If your organization is not using the Interview Scheduling tool, the dashboard shows a different status indicator.

When a candidate moves to the Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled stage, a green dot appears next to the candidate’s name on the dashboard.
