Set up and customize Gravity for your organization

Turn on the Gravity app so employees can refer jobs and earn rewards.

This article is for administrators.

 

Gravity helps employees share jobs, earn referral points, and participate in employee referral programs. Before employees can use Gravity, your organization must enable it and complete the initial setup. 

Access Gravity and start using it 

  1. Contact the Recruiting Support team to enable Gravity for your organization. 
  2. Sign up for the Gravity app using a social account such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo!, Amazon, or Google. 
  3. When prompted, enter your work email address that uses your company domain to verify your identity. 
    Important: Use the same work email associated with your Recruiting administrator account.  

Add or change referral rewards 

  1. In Gravity, select the 3 elliptical dots to open the Settings tab. 
  2. Select Admin
  3. Select Referral Rewards from the Administration area. 
  4. Turn the Referral feature On
  5. Under the Default Reward section, enter the reward amount for each job. You can use any currency. 
  • You can setup an overall Default Referral Reward that applies to all jobs, or 
  • You can setup a custom Referral Reward per job. 
  1. Select Submit.  
    A Referral Settings page shows boxes where referral reward amounts can be entered for each job.

Change point settings 

  1. Select Point Settings from the Administration area. 
  2. Set the point value employees can earn for each action. 
  3. To keep points fair and meaningful, some companies award points only for:  
  • A completed job application (Apply
  • A successful hire (Hired
  1. Select Submit

Add custom branding 

  1. Select Custom Branding from the Administration area. 
  2. Configure the welcome message, add your company logo, and review other branding options. These settings control how the Gravity app and shared posts appear. 
  3. Select Submit
    A Custom Branding page shows fields to enter a welcome message and upload a company logo.
