Overview
The Analytics and Reporting feature in Recruiting helps you see how well your recruiting is working. It also helps you find ways to improve your process. We make it easy to collect important data and build clear reports. You and your team can use these reports to measure recruiting success.
- All Recruiting users can select the Analytics tab to see the Overview and Reports tabs. Only Admin and Staffing users can run reports in Recruiting.
- If you are still learning Recruiting, that is okay. Analytics helps you find slow spots and chances to improve how you work. We encourage you to start running reports and take a look at your Analytics dashboard.
- As you gain experience, you may have questions or want extra help. Contact Recruiting Support, as we are happy to help you improve your reports.
Considerations
Your reports are only as accurate as the data you enter in Recruiting.
- Move candidates through the correct stages.
- Enter updates as you work with candidates.
- The more you use Recruiting, the more data you have available to report on.
If you do not update candidate stages, Analytics cannot show the full picture. The more you use Recruiting, the better your reports become.
