This article is for administrators and staffing users (interviewers).

Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards.

Overview

If you need to review your feedback, you can view the interview scorecard you submitted in Recruiting.  You must have submitted an interview scorecard for the candidate.

View an interview scorecard I submitted

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. From the Candidate Profile, on the Scorecard tab, find the score with your name and select View Scorecard to open the details.
  3. The pop-up window shows you the completed scorecard. After you view the scorecard, you can review the ratings and comments you submitted for the interview.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see other interviewers’ scorecards.

  • Access to scorecards that other people submit depends on your company’s settings.
  • It may be limited so standard users only see their own scores.
