Assign scorecards to a job in Recruiting

Describes how to assign interview scorecards to a job so interviewers use the correct evaluation during the hiring process.

This article is for administrators and interviewers.

Standard users must be assigned to the job record with the role of Hiring Manager or Executive.

Administrator and staffing users have access to all job records.

Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards.

Assign scorecards to a job

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. This can be done when creating a new job or updating a job that’s already live. If the job is already active, select the job title and the job info icon.
  3. On the Job Info screen, go to the Default Scorecards section.
  4. Select the scorecard you want to assign to each of the stages where a member of your team will be interacting with the candidate. These might all be the same, or your team might have unique follow-up questions for each stage of the hiring process.
  5. Select Save. Now, when coordinating a Recruiter Screen, Phone Screen, or Interview, this scorecard will be selected by default.
